The Royal
Court

Timed to Art Basel and in partnership with Crown Royal Regal Apple, we developed a program to make the world more flavorful by giving tastemakers a platform to express themselves. While the rest of the art world fixated on a banana taped to a wall, we tapped local Miami native, D’Ana of COVL as the featured mixed media artist who transformed a local basketball court into the most inspired canvas to reimagine community spaces for years to come. Pulling in six-time NBA All Star to host the unveiling, a variety of media outlets and local tastemakers were invited to hit the court, grab custom merch, sip delicious cocktails and experience The Royal Court. During Art Basel, arguably the biggest art forward cultural moment in the United States, we launched The Royal Court with Crown Royal; a five-year public art installation in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood at Southside Park, featuring freshly painted basketball court, rims and benches for a full community transformation. Hosted by Miami Heat’s Jimmy Butler, the momentous occasion was unveiled to a curated guest list of creative tastemakers, media and talent in a high-energy event that included a variety of branded, immersive experiences from a sneaker cleaning booth to a pop up custom merch shop, which drew hundreds of top creatives, media, and influencers. The Royal Court, a gift to the local community, is still enjoyed by residents, leaving an indelible mark for years to come.
